Massachusetts Licensed Patient Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative I, remote position for MA residents only.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen incoming patient inquiries and direct them appropriately
• Resolve patient issues and ensure satisfaction while advocating for patients
• Facilitate the updating of patient records and assist with administrative requests

Required Qualifications:

• Computer experience with word processing and spreadsheet programs
• Electronic medical record (EMR) experience or aptitude for mastering EMR
• Demonstrated technology-literate skill sets
• Must live within a commutable distance
• 1+ years of experience in a clinical or customer service setting preferred
