Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Patient Service Representative will manage high volumes of incoming patient calls, assist with appointment scheduling, and ensure accurate documentation in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Supports a high volume of phone calls while adhering to department productivity standards
  • Manages incoming patient inquiries, determining appropriate handling or referral to clinical staff
  • Documents call details in patients' electronic medical records to ensure coordinated care
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 2+ years of customer service or clinical experience
  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to work part-time (20 hours a week) Friday - Sunday with flexibility during business hours
