Massachusetts Licensed Pediatric RN

Job Summary

To support pediatric after-hours care, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Pediatric RN will manage patient care delivery, conduct telephone triage, and coordinate with clinical teams while working remotely from Massachusetts, requiring 8 hours per week, including every other weekend and holiday.

Key responsibilities

• Build therapeutic relationships with patients and families, providing education and managing care transitions
• Deliver patient care in alignment with RN protocols, including medication administration and chronic disease management
• Conduct telephone triage and support ongoing care coordination with the clinical team

Required qualifications

• Graduate of a State-approved school of nursing
• Current, unrestricted license to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) and computer proficiency
• Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical information and develop care plans
