Massachusetts Licensed PeopleSoft Analyst

Job Summary

To support a healthcare organization's Financials, Payroll, Grants, and Research Administration environments, the contract Sr. PeopleSoft Analyst (Finance + Grants/Research) will provide configuration, enhancement, and operational support across PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM/Payroll modules while working remotely in Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll modules
• Provide break-fix support, enhancements, and period/year-end close assistance
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and support Grants, Contracts, Projects, and Award lifecycle processes

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional experience with PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM/Payroll
• Expertise in healthcare finance and payroll operations
• Experience with PeopleSoft Grants, Project Costing, and research administration
• Knowledge of sponsored programs, sponsor billing, effort reporting, and award management
• Proven experience with functional configuration, testing, and production support
