Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Massachusetts Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage litigation from intake through trial, represent clients in various legal settings, and develop tailored strategies for personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead litigation end-to-end, managing cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
• Advocate in court, representing clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Provide client strategy and guidance, advising on legal options and developing winning case strategies

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Active Massachusetts Bar license; dual licensure in Massachusetts and Texas preferred
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Self-driven and organized, capable of managing a full caseload in a remote environment
