Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Massachusetts Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time remote position will manage litigation from intake to trial, advocate for clients in various legal settings, and provide strategic guidance tailored to individual cases.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead litigation end-to-end, managing cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
• Advocate in court, representing clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
• Prepare persuasive pleadings and collaborate with paralegals on trial preparation and case evaluation

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
• Active Massachusetts Bar license; dual licensure in Massachusetts and Texas preferred
• Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
• Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
• Self-driven and organized, comfortable managing a full caseload in a remote environment
