Key responsibilities:
- Manage cases from intake through trial, including strategy development and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
- Advise clients on legal options and prepare persuasive legal documents
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active Massachusetts Bar license required; dual licensure in Massachusetts and Texas preferred
- Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing abilities
- Self-driven and organized, capable of managing a full caseload in a remote environment
