Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Refill Center Pharmacist-Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage prescription refill requests submitted to clinic departments
• Work on approvals for refill renewal requests under a scope of practice agreement
• Collaborate with pharmacies, providers, and patients as the lead for refill renewals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college; advanced degree preferred
• Licensure to practice pharmacy in the State of Massachusetts by hire date
• Two to three years of related experience; QS1 experience preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy procedures and systems
• Experience with information systems in a pharmacy setting preferred
