Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Refill Center Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Triage and process approval for prescription refill requests according to established protocols
Collaborate with pharmacies, providers, and patients to manage medication refill renewals
Facilitate patient engagement for additional information and promote outpatient pharmacy services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college
Licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts by the hire date
Two to three years of related experience required
Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, M.S. or MBA) preferred
QS1 experience preferred
