Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Refill Center Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

Triage and process approval for prescription refill requests according to protocols
Collaborate with pharmacies, providers, and patients for medication refill renewals
Facilitate patient engagement and recruit patients for outpatient pharmacy services

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college
Licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts by hire date
Two to three years of related experience required
QS1 experience preferred
Advanced degree (e.g., PharmD, M.S. or MBA) preferred
