Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacist

Job Summary

Working remotely during Eastern Standard Hours, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacist will provide expertise in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) and clinical pharmacy services, focusing on optimizing medication-related health care outcomes and supporting quality cost-effective member care.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates MTM support through comprehensive medication reviews and communication with members and providers
• Analyzes medication profiles to identify potential safety issues and makes evidence-based recommendations for optimization
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and follows up on members' progress toward drug treatment goals

Required qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) with an active and unrestricted Massachusetts pharmacist license
• At least 3 years of experience in a pharmacy, MTM, PBM, or managed care setting
• Demonstrated knowledge of clinical pharmacology and disease management
• Clinical skills related to Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data reporting
