Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and visualize data while maintaining data quality and governance standards
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and identify trends and insights
• Support complex data projects and contribute to process automation and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Case Management (Adverse events)
• Strong experience in writing and training on product procedures
• Experience with FDA products and a solid understanding of regulations and guidelines
• Experience in a customer-facing role with professionalism
• Healthcare background or relevant certifications (RN, LVN, pharmacist)
