Job Summary

To support a growing pharmacy program, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Coordinator will engage patients through high-volume telephonic outreach, facilitate enrollment in specialized pharmacy services, and manage electronic health record documentation while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound telephone outreach to introduce pharmacy services and guide patients through enrollment
• Obtain and document patient consent, updating electronic health records based on patient decisions
• Manage outreach queues and follow-up cadences, ensuring accurate documentation of all call activities

Required qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant certification (CMA/RMA)
• Experience in a telephonic, call-center, or high-volume patient outreach environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust over the phone
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or care coordination roles
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and MS Office Suite
