Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Technician Call Center Hybrid Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer, screen, and process a high volume of incoming calls professionally
• Utilize pharmacy software to schedule prescription refills and verify/update patient information
• Act as a liaison with medical center departments and external providers, directing calls and messages appropriately

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Mass Registered Pharmacy Technician license required
• 3-5 years of related work experience required
• Experience with computer systems and web-based applications required
• Knowledge of medical and pharmacy terminology preferred
