Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to provide operational support to the Prior Authorizations department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assigned duties as directed by the prescription specialist supervisor
• Interact effectively with patients, prescribers, payors, and pharmacies regarding prescription requests
• Process e-prescriptions and manage prescription information accurately in the system

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Massachusetts
• 1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience (retail, hospital, etc.)
• Ability to complete 6 - 8 weeks of onsite training in Worcester, MA
