Job Summary

A company is looking for a My Medicine Health Pharmacy Liaison - Outpatient.

Key Responsibilities

• Support MMH patient prescription requests and collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate referred patients
• Coordinate prescription processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established workflows
• Develop relationships with patients and clinic teams to enhance program value and patient experience

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or state accepted equivalency
• Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the MA Board of Pharmacy
• National certification (CPT) from Pharmacy Tech Certification Board (PTCB) or exCPT
• Minimum of 4 years of outpatient pharmacy experience as a Tech I or Tech II
• Basic computer proficiency and understanding of pharmacy law and regulations
