Job Summary
To enhance patient adherence to medication regimens, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician will collaborate with healthcare providers and clinical pharmacists, managing prescription processing and patient outreach in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Support patients in prescription requests and coordinate the processing of medications through the outpatient pharmacy
- Work with healthcare teams to evaluate and enroll patients in the My Medicine Health Program, identifying opportunities for program growth
- Ensure accurate prescription processing and maintain compliance with established workflows and regulations
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or state accepted equivalency
- Registered as a Pharmacy Technician with the MA Board of Pharmacy
- National certification (CPT) from Pharmacy Tech Certification Board (PTCB) or exCPT
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in outpatient pharmacy as a Tech I or Tech II
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Access and Excel
