Job Summary
Providing integrated support to patients and pharmacists, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Pharmacy Technician will navigate electronic medical records, manage documentation, and deliver medication adherence support in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Navigate EMR systems and manage prior authorizations and financial assistance processes
- Communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care initiatives
- Make outbound adherence refill calls and process prescription orders accurately
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 4 years of pharmacy experience or equivalent education and experience
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Intern with the Massachusetts Board of Pharmacy
- National technician certification through PTCB or exCPT
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy
