Massachusetts Licensed Phone Triage RN

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Phone Triage RN for an After Hours Call Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Field calls and conduct virtual visits within a clinically appropriate scope
• Utilize Schmitt-Thompson nurse triage guidelines/protocols and the Epic EMR system
• Provide telephonic support and clinical guidance to patients during after-hours

Required Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• A minimum of six years of nursing experience
• Preferred experience in primary care/family medicine
• Strongly preferred experience in pediatric nursing
• Preferred ambulatory phone triage experience
