Job Summary

To support patient success in a remote environment, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant will provide remote monitoring services, assist users in therapeutic exercises, and maintain records while fostering relationships to enhance musculoskeletal health.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide remote monitoring services to support patients in their home-exercise therapy program
• Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise and functional training through a technology platform
• Maintain necessary records and provide ongoing feedback to clinicians on patient progress

Required qualifications:

• Active PTA license in Massachusetts
• Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program
• 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple platforms efficiently
• Experience in behavioral modification; Health Coach Certification is a plus
