Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, a final-year Massachusetts Licensed Physician Resident in Family Practice or Internal Medicine will engage in a part-time program focusing on enhancing training experiences, operating within a value-based care model, and receiving mentorship from experienced physicians, with opportunities available both onsite in Westborough, MA and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a customized program designed to enhance the final months of residency training
• Gain exposure to primary and specialty care environments while learning to thrive in a value-based care model
• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to facilitate the transition from training to practice

Required qualifications

• M.D. or D.O. degree
• Must be transitioning into their final year of residency or early into their final year
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts
