Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse- Advanced Therapeutics for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telephonic and video-based patient triage to assess symptoms and clinical concerns
• Provide comprehensive patient education on medications and lifestyle interventions
• Document all clinical encounters and communicate patient updates with the clinical team

Required Qualifications:

• Current and active LPN license
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in telehealth or specialty care
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Proficiency with telehealth technologies
• Experience in chronic disease management is preferred
