Massachusetts Licensed PreOp Evaluation Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPE / PreOp Eval Nurse to conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough preoperative nursing assessments, including medical history review and medication reconciliation
• Review and ensure completion of all required preoperative testing according to established clinical guidelines
• Provide clear patient education regarding preoperative instructions and coordinate follow-up as needed

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• PACU/PreOp or PreOp eval nursing experience required
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
