Massachusetts Licensed PreOp Evaluation Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPE / PreOp Eval Nurse - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and reviews of medical histories, diagnostics, and perioperative requirements
• Ensure completion of all required preoperative testing and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient readiness
• Provide patient education on preoperative instructions and document all assessments and communications accurately

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• PACU/PreOp or PreOp eval nursing experience required
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
