Job Summary

A company is looking for a CPE / PreOp Eval Nurse - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments including medical history review and medication reconciliation
Review and ensure completion of required preoperative testing according to clinical guidelines
Provide patient education on preoperative instructions and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
PACU/PreOp or PreOP eval nursing experience required
Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
Adherence to all C.A.R.E. standards
