Massachusetts Licensed PreOp Evaluation Nurse

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote CPE / PreOp Eval Nurse - Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments, including medical history review and medication reconciliation
• Ensure completion of all required preoperative testing and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient readiness
• Provide patient education on preoperative instructions and document all assessments accurately in the electronic medical record

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• PACU/PreOp or PreOP eval nursing experience required
• Proficiency with electronic medical record systems
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
