Massachusetts Licensed Primary Therapist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated Master's Level Primary Therapist, the full-time hybrid role in Dorchester, Massachusetts will manage an individual caseload and provide comprehensive mental health and substance use services to clients and their families, utilizing evidence-based therapies and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using ICD-10 coding
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy while implementing crisis intervention strategies as needed
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver remote therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field
• Active Massachusetts license or license-eligible status: LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or LMFT
• Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy modalities including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused approaches
• Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding and behavioral health medical terminology
• Strong crisis management skills and experience with crisis intervention and safety planning
