Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Master's Level Primary Therapist, the full-time hybrid position in Dorchester, Massachusetts will manage an individual caseload, conducting assessments and delivering comprehensive mental health and substance use services to clients and their families.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy while serving as the primary clinical contact for an assigned caseload
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and deliver remote therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field
- Active Massachusetts license or license-eligible status: LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or LMFT
- Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy modalities including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused approaches
- Familiarity with ICD-10 and CPT coding and behavioral health medical terminology
- Strong crisis management skills and experience with crisis intervention and safety planning
