Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated Master's Level Primary Therapist, the full-time hybrid role in Dorchester, Massachusetts will manage an individual caseload while delivering comprehensive mental health and substance use services, including conducting assessments, providing therapy, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for an assigned caseload, coordinating care and crisis interventions
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active Massachusetts license or license-eligible status (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or LMFT)
- Experience in psychotherapy modalities including CBT, DBT, and trauma-focused approaches
- Familiarity with ICD-10 and behavioral health medical terminology
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records, with experience in Kipu EMR preferred
