Massachusetts Licensed Primary Therapist

Job Summary

To support a growing clinical team, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Primary Therapist will provide individual and group therapy in outpatient, PHP, and IOP settings, with one remote workday per week, while managing a caseload and ensuring compliance with clinical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in outpatient, PHP, or IOP settings
• Complete thorough clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team and manage crisis situations to ensure patient safety

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field required
• License-eligible candidates (LADC, LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW track) are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches, including CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, particularly with co-occurring disorders
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance standards (DPH, BSAS, Joint Commission preferred)
