Massachusetts Licensed Principal Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a Massachusetts Licensed Principal Engineer, the remote position will lead the growth and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, focusing on business development and client relationship management while building a high-performing team in key Northeast markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the growth of infrastructure services within designated local markets and execute strategic plans to expand client relationships
• Serve as a trusted advisor to municipal clients, identifying project opportunities and managing proposal development
• Oversee delivery of municipal infrastructure projects, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to budget and schedule

Required Qualifications:

• BS or MS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
• 15+ years of experience in municipal infrastructure
• Registered Professional Engineer preferred in MA, CT, or NH
• Demonstrated success in developing new markets and securing municipal clients
• Strong record of mentoring and leading cross-discipline project teams
