Job Summary

A company is looking for a Provider Onboarding Specialist who oversees the onboarding and offboarding processes for billing providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates the onboarding and offboarding of billing providers, ensuring timely completion of necessary tasks
• Maintains accurate records and data in the Morrissey credentialing software system
• Acts as a liaison between providers and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and information sharing

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; bachelor's degree preferred
• At least five years of experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience in a group practice, Medical Staff Office, or credentials verification organization preferred
• A bachelor's degree in information systems or previous database administrator experience may substitute for up to two years of required experience
• Impeccable professional conduct and customer service skills are essential
