Job Summary

To support a growing virtual psychiatry practice, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner will provide outpatient psychiatric care remotely, focusing on lower to moderate acuity populations while enjoying clinical autonomy and minimal administrative burden.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, and medication management for patients
• Manage a flexible schedule and session structure within established clinical standards
• Utilize electronic medical records for accurate and efficient documentation of care

Required qualifications

• Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC)
• Active, unrestricted license with autonomous practice authority in Massachusetts
• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate clinical experience as a PMHNP
• Experience in delivering outpatient psychiatric care
• Comfort with remote, telepsychiatry-based practice
