Massachusetts Licensed QA Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Medicaid Systems Development team, the hybrid remote Massachusetts Licensed QA Analyst will manage testing activities for the Health Safety Net application, conduct requirement analysis, develop and execute test cases, and provide backup support for the test manager.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day testing activities and participate in defect triage and remediation meetings
• Develop and execute test cases and scripts for end-to-end system testing, including functional and regression testing
• Analyze test results, document findings, and ensure defects are recorded and tracked efficiently

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Five years of experience in various testing methodologies including black-box and regression testing
• Expertise in backend testing and writing SQL queries, with experience in Oracle database
• Familiarity with testing tools such as IBM Test Manager, HP Quality Center, and Jira
• Prior experience in a healthcare or government setting is desired
