Job Summary

Independently managing residential real estate transactions from file opening through post-closing, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Paralegal will work primarily remotely, requiring strong experience in conveyancing, title review, and transaction coordination.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage residential real estate transactions from opening to post-closing
• Review title examinations and resolve title-related issues
• Prepare closing documents, settlement statements, and lender packages

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential real estate conveyancing experience
• Strong knowledge of title examinations, title insurance, and closing procedures
• Experience preparing HUD-1 statements and Closing Disclosures
• Ability to independently manage multiple transactions
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe Acrobat; Qualia experience preferred
