Massachusetts Licensed Refill Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Refill Center Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process prescription refill requests according to established protocols
• Work directly with pharmacies, providers, and patients to facilitate medication renewals
• Triage requests for additional information and promote outpatient pharmacy services

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college; advanced degree preferred
• Licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts by the hire date
• Two to three years of related experience required; QS1 experience preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy procedures and systems
• Experience with information systems in a pharmacy setting
