Massachusetts Licensed Refill Pharmacist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medication Refill Center Pharmacist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process prescription refill requests according to department policies and protocols
• Work directly with pharmacies, providers, and patients to facilitate medication refill renewals
• Triage requests for additional information and promote outpatient pharmacy services to patients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college; advanced degree preferred
• Licensure to practice pharmacy in Massachusetts by the hire date
• At least two to three years of related experience; QS1 experience preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of pharmacy procedures and systems
• Experience with information systems and proficiency in standard healthcare software
