Job Summary
Providing clinical consultation and mentorship, the part-time Massachusetts Licensed Reproductive Psychiatrist will support a team of nurse practitioners by hosting case consultation sessions and offering guidance on psychopharmacology specific to reproductive health in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultation and mentorship to nurse practitioners managing complex cases
- Host regular group case consultation sessions for the NP team
- Oversee prescribing practices and provide ad hoc consultation on reproductive psychiatry issues
Required qualifications
- MD or DO, board-certified in Psychiatry; fellowship or certification in reproductive/perinatal psychiatry preferred
- Active DEA registration and unrestricted medical license in Massachusetts
- Clinical experience with perinatal, postpartum, and menopause-related mood and anxiety disorders
- Comfort with remote consultation and team-based care in a collaborative care model
- Prior experience supervising or collaborating with PMHNPs preferred
