Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Resident Pathways- Primary Care (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a customized program at health facilities and/or virtually to enhance final training months
• Receive mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition from training to practice
• Engage in value-based care models and population health initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Must be transitioning into the final year of residency or fellowship, or early into the final year - PGY2 Resident
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts, though candidates from other areas are considered
