Job Summary

To support a growing Primary Care Physician Pathways Program, a PGY2/PGY3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Resident Physician will engage in a part-time remote role that enhances their training experience while preparing for a post-residency employment agreement, focusing on value-based care and population health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in a customized program with mentorship from experienced physicians to ease the transition from training to practice
• Gain exposure to the Quadruple Aim framework and various care settings while committing only a few hours per month
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at improving healthcare delivery and patient outcomes within the organization

Required qualifications

• Must be transitioning into the final year of residency or fellowship, or early into the final year - PGY2 Resident
• Preferred candidate will be a local physician resident in Massachusetts, though candidates from other areas may be considered
