Massachusetts Licensed Revenue Cycle Architect

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of end-to-end revenue cycle solutions for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Revenue Cycle Architect will manage patient access, billing, claims, and accounts receivable while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the revenue cycle workstream aligned with program goals, managing planning, execution, and delivery
• Design scalable revenue cycle solutions and guide system configuration across EHR and financial systems
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and technical teams to define requirements and support implementation activities

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of combined experience, including 4+ years in healthcare IT and 4+ years in revenue cycle operations
• Experience designing end-to-end revenue cycle processes and large healthcare transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems such as Oracle Health/Cerner or Epic
• Strong organizational, analytical, and leadership skills
• Subject matter expertise in revenue cycle operations and payer regulations
