Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all business-related functions of the Revenue Department, including billing, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up
• Develop, monitor, and assess revenue metrics to improve performance and ensure timely billing submissions
• Collaborate with other departments to design systems and train staff for effective revenue workflow

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred
• 7 to 10 years of revenue cycle experience in a complex healthcare environment
• 5 to 7 years of management experience at the manager or director level
• 10 or more years of experience with medical billing and collections in a human services organization or hospital
• Proven knowledge of healthcare claims billing, accounts receivable management, and denial management procedures
