Massachusetts Licensed RN Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN Case Manager to facilitate care for members with complex healthcare needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage members in care plans, coordinate services, and promote compliance with treatment goals
• Interpret case management criteria to document comprehensive care management plans
• Connect with treatment providers to gather clinical information and monitor quality of care

Key Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant clinical healthcare experience
• Active licensure in Massachusetts; additional state licensure is a plus
• Utilization Management experience preferred
• Proficient with multiple IT systems
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
