Job Summary
Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Massachusetts Licensed Sales Representative, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs, converting leads into sales.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with potential and existing policyholders to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverages and products
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, focusing on converting prospects into policyholders
- Participate in a comprehensive training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license if not already licensed
Required qualifications
- 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in typing and PC usage
