Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Massachusetts Licensed Sales Representative, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with potential and existing policyholders, matching them with appropriate insurance coverages and converting leads into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs
• Consult with potential and existing policyholders to recommend suitable coverages and products
• Participate in a structured training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license

Required qualifications

• 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
• Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in typing and PC usage
