Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler, Home Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and coordinate registration and scheduling for new patient appointments
• Document patient information accurately into computer systems and ensure medical records are available
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and referring providers, maintaining confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required
• 0-1 year of customer service experience in a contact/call center environment required
• 0-1 year of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment
