Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate, Scoring Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate responses to test questions by Massachusetts teacher candidates
• Internalize scoring standards and participate in consensus scoring activities
• Recognize and discuss various types of bias and implement strategies to reduce them in scoring

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or higher
• A current teaching certification in the subject area being applied for
• Two or more years of recent experience in a public school service role in the relevant subject area
• Alternatively, serve as or have recently served as a college/university faculty member in the subject area
• Basic computer skills and eligibility to work in the United States
