Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Clinical Therapist to provide high-quality mental health care for women.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individual tele-therapy to perinatal and perimenopausal patients and maintain a full clinical caseload
• Provide clinical guidance and support to therapy consultants, facilitating peer consultation and case discussions
• Contribute clinical expertise to organizational decisions, including care model design and patient experience improvements

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or equivalent, with an active license in Massachusetts
• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience with pregnant and/or postpartum patients
• Experience with perimenopausal populations and associated mental health conditions
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a clinical peer resource or mentor
• Preferred certification in Perinatal Mental Health or menopause-informed care training
