Massachusetts Licensed Senior Counsel
Job Summary
To provide essential legal support to North America Sales teams, a Massachusetts Licensed Senior Counsel will work remotely, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing AI-powered tools to enhance business processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide client-centric legal support on commercial and legal issues to Sales teams
- Review and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive strategic improvements and manage risk effectively
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Minimum of 3 years of in-house legal experience
- Licensed to practice law in good standing with a State Bar Association
- Significant experience in negotiating Enterprise SaaS contracts
- Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law
