Massachusetts Licensed Senior Counsel

Job Summary

Providing first-line legal support to North America Sales teams, the full-time Massachusetts Licensed Senior Counsel will review and negotiate commercial agreements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive strategic improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership agreements
• Partner with Sales and Deal Desk stakeholders to understand business objectives and enhance processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop AI-powered tools that improve business impact

Required qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited law school with a minimum of 3+ years of in-house legal experience
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing with a State Bar Association
• Significant experience in negotiating Enterprise SaaS contracts, preferably in regulated industries
• Strong foundation in data protection and privacy law
• Excellent legal drafting and writing skills
